No personal data is transferred outside of the EU.

When processing your data we undertake the following:

All storage is secure and our suppliers have GDPR procedures in place. You can download our Data Centre Information relating to all data we hold on our cloud based system, provided by our software provider JobDiva.

We have a notification process in place for any breach.

We will continue to make additional required operational changes resulting from the legislation, and will keep our clients & candidates informed throughout this process. We will continue to monitor GDPR and will continue to enhance our strategy for GDPR to ensure we are fully compliant.

Milestone will get in touch once a year via the email you have provided in your application to inquire whether you would like to keep your details on our cloud based system JobDiva. If we do not hear from you then we will archive your profile and personal details. Not to worry though, if you reach out again in the future, we’ll pick up a fresh conversation and support you from there.

• Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

• Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

• Information we receive from other sources. We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or subscribe to. This can be, but not limited to,, or any other job site or aggregator.

• to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.

• to administer our site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;

• to improve our site to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;

The data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination (icloud based server) within the European Economic Area ("EEA"), in the UK specifically.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. All information you provide to us is stored on our ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) JodDiva's secure servers. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.


You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.
