Assistant General Manager - Manchester

An exciting award winning restaurant group with restaurants covering the UK, are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager in Manchester.

Assistant General Manager duties:-

Work closely with the General Manager in the running of this hugely successful site

Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast paced and high volume establishment

Along side all Managers, training and develop your team and ensuring they are well looked after

Opening and closing

Stock control

Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S / F&H regulations

Assistant General Manager requirements:-

Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager within a high volume food and beverage restaurant

Have a strong management and customer focused background

Love people whether customers or staff

Have a positive and happy attitude

Be dynamic and hands on

Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment
