WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY!!! An exciting small quality pub group with great plans for expansion, are currently seeking a General Manager near Woking.
General Manager duties:- Work closely with the Operations Manager Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast paced and high volume establishment Along side the management team, training and develop your team Opening and closing Stock control and ensuring your restaurant is reaching / exceeding financial budgets and targets Planning rota's Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S / F&H regulations
General Manager requirements:- Previous experience as a General Manager within a high volume food and beverage restaurant Have a strong management and customer focused background Love people whether customers or staff and be prepared to go above and beyond the customers expectations Have a positive and confident attitude Be extremely observant and a brilliant problem solver / solutions person Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment
