Assistant Manager - Central London

Assistant Managers needed for several incredible and exciting award winning restaurant groups, roles based at various sites in London

Assistant Manager duties:-

Work closely with the General Manager

Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast paced and high volume establishment

Along side the General Manager, training and develop your team

Opening and closing

Stock control

Planning rota's

Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S / F&H regulations

Assistant Manager requirements:-

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within a quality high volume food and beverage restaurant

Have a strong management and customer focused background

Love people whether customers or staff and be prepared to go above and beyond the customers expectations

Have a positive and confident attitude

Be extremely observant and a brilliant problem solver / solutions person

Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment

Salary £28000 up to £34000 plus bonus opportunities
