With many years working operationally within hotels and restaurants, and as a recruiter with agencies and internally within large growing restaurant groups; combined with the love for people, I'm all about giving people the greatest opportunities within companies that have a great company culture, somewhere where they will feel at home and be happy.

During my time recruiting it has been so rewarding to see and hear about people progressing, developing, being promoted and acknowledged for the great work that they do.

Now I take great care and attention with anyone I help in their search for new employment, it's massively important to me to ensure any jobseeker is given the best opportunity for success and happiness where ever their next role will be.

As well as doing recruitment, I give a lot of my time back to helping graduates through various Universities, more recently I have been awarded a Fellowship at the University of East London as I have sat on their Business Advisory Board for the last few years.

And for something completely not work related - For those who don't know me, I'm very motivated, competitive, extremely positive (constantly smiling and laughing) and energetic. I'm into my fitness in particular running (once I ran 705km in one month for a charity event) and cycling, I raise money for charity through doing what I love and I'm always looking for the next challenge to help them further. On the not so healthy side I'm a huge Fig Roll lover and can devour a packet in minutes!
